1. Eligibility and Accounts

4. User Content and Data

If you submit, upload, or transmit any data, information, or content through the Services ("User Content"), you retain your ownership rights. You grant Hidden Lever a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and use your User Content solely to the extent necessary to provide, maintain, and support the Services.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or to protect the security and integrity of our systems. You may discontinue use of the Services at any time.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, HIDDEN LEVER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL HIDDEN LEVER, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, INCURRED BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY (WHETHER CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE).

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO HIDDEN LEVER IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your principal place of business, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make updates, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
